Jordan Mendez had incredible customer service for my wife and I. It’s our 3rd purchase at this location. Thank you Jordan👊👊 …
Sara was very helpful. The whole process was very smooth.
The only reason I'm choosing a four star rating is because I had to return to the dealership to update the service notification on my dashboard because they did not reset it the first time I went in to get my car serviced.
Nathan Read was our rep, he was AMAZING! We were just looking but he secured us with a nice deal and we were so glad we bought it. He was knowledgeable, knows so much about everything, and explained and showed us in detail.
Joe was so great! He got me exactly what I needed for a new car. Very personable and genuine. And of course I love my new Atlas!
The buying experience was a very average experience, however, once the car was bought/leased, the experience was very disappointing. Once we bought/leased the car, we were told it would take another 90 minutes to charge the car to 80%. Not ideal, but ok. We left, then took an uber back to pick up the car. When we returned, the car was still not completely charged to 80%. But what was completely unacceptable and soured the whole experience was that no one offered training, or to walk us through the car. The car is not intuitive, and it would have been nice to know how things work before driving a $50K+ car off the lot. There was no follow up, etc. Yes, my husband and I are tech savvy and can figure the car out, but it left a very poor impression. It seemed like as long as the car got sold, it didn't much matter what happened to the customer after that. Maybe it's no different at other VW dealerships, but that is why I would not recommend this one.
The service rep I worked with was excellent, provided great communication along the way, and was very professional throughout my service experience. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the final charges. The fact that a defective seal/gasket on a vehicle with only 30K miles could lead to leaking of brake fluid which then causes such catastrophic damage on the internals of other major parts is not acceptable. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to pay for the charges which totaled 25% or more of the total value of the vehicle.
Great thanks!
